§ 26-15-101 — Scope of chapter
(a)This chapter applies to all insurance contracts and
annuity contracts except:
(i)Reinsurance;
(ii)Policies or contracts not issued for delivery in
this state nor delivered in this state;
(iii)Wet marine and transportation insurance.
