§ 34-25-103 — Land extending into other zones

When any tract of land to be defined by a single description extends from one (1) zone into other zones, the positions of all the points on its boundaries shall be referred to as only one

(1)of the zones, the zone which is used shall be specifically named in the description and the metadata of the observations shall be included in the description.
