Text

(a)There is created a state board of pharmacy whose duty is to carry out the purposes and to enforce the provisions of this act. The board shall consist of nine (9) voting members consisting of five (5) pharmacists, one (1) physician, one (1) dentist or veterinarian, one (1) member of the public and one
(1)pharmacy technician, who shall be appointed by the governor, by and with the advice and consent of the senate.
(b)The term for board members shall be six (6) years, and shall expire on March 1. Each member, unless removed, shall serve until his successor is appointed and qualified. Effective July 1, 1979, appointments and terms shall be in accordance with W.S. 28-12-101 through 28-12-103.
