§ 21-24-107 — Graduation
Wyoming·Title 21 Education·Ch. 24 MILITARY STUDENTS AND STUDENTS OF MILITARY·Art. 1 INTERSTATE COMPACT ON STUDENTS OF MILITARY FAMILIES
(a)In order to facilitate the on-time graduation of
children of military families, states and local education
agencies shall adhere to W.S. 21-2-304(a)(iii) and paragraph
(iv)of this subsection and any applicable rules and regulations
promulgated thereunder and to the extent possible incorporate
the following procedures:
(i)Local education agency administrative officials
shall use best efforts to waive specific courses required for
graduation if similar course work has been satisfactorily
completed in another local education agency or shall provide
reasonable justification for denial. Should a waiver not be
granted to a student who would qualify to graduate from the
sending school, the local education agency shall use best
