§ 9-23-103 — General duties
Wyoming·Title 09 Administration of the Government·Ch. 23 PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING AND
(a)The department shall:
(i)Develop and maintain approved lists of qualified
architects, engineers and land surveyors for selection under
this act; and
(ii)Develop and administer notification procedures
for obtaining professional services under this act.
