§ 26-23-333 — Regulations
(a)In addition to any other powers granted under this
article, the commissioner may adopt rules or regulations to
protect the interests of the public including but not limited to
regulations governing:
(i)Sales practices;
(ii)Policy coverage standards;
(iii)Rebates and inducements;
(iv)Controlled business;
(v)Unfair trade practices and fraud;
(vi)Statistical plans for data collection;
(vii)Consumer education;
(viii)Any other consumer matters;
(ix)The business of title insurance; or
(x)Any regulations otherwise implementing or
interpreting this article.
