Text
(a)Application for a license to act as a title agent
shall be made in writing in the form and manner the commissioner
prescribes. An application fee, as provided by W.S. 26-4-101,
shall be paid at the time of application.
(b)The application is a continuing one, and any
prospective licensee or licensees shall inform the commissioner
promptly if any information set forth in the application changes
or is no longer accurate, or if any other relevant information
regarding the application arises after the original application.
