§ 17-23-112 — Existence of statutory trust
Wyoming·Title 17 Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 23 WYOMING STATUTORY TRUST ACT·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
(a)Except to the extent otherwise provided in the
governing instrument, the statutory trust shall have perpetual
existence.
(b)Except to the extent otherwise provided in the
governing instrument, the death, incapacity, dissolution,
termination or bankruptcy of a beneficial owner shall not result
in the termination or dissolution of a statutory trust.
