Text
Any beaver flooding meadows, damming irrigation systems or
constructing dams or ponds which would be dangerous to livestock
on any privately owned lands or on state lands, may be
immediately taken by the landowner, lessee of state lands or
employee of the landowner or lessee or an agent of the landowner
or lessee.
