§ 17-22-112 — Venue
Wyoming·Title 17 Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 22 UNIFORM UNINCORPORATED NONPROFIT ASSOCIATION ACT
For purposes of venue, a nonprofit association is a resident of
a county in which it has an office.
