§ 11-22-109 — Investigations of sales; filing charges; hearing; notice thereof

The executive officer of the board may make or have an investigation made of the sales and transactions of any livestock market and the conditions under which its business is conducted. If he finds probable cause, he shall file charges against the licensee and operator with the board, and the charges shall be set down for hearing before the board upon ten

(10)days notice served upon the licensee.
