§ 22-2-108 — Secretary of state to certify officers to be elected
Between the twenty-fourth day of April and the third day of May
in each general election year, the secretary of state shall
transmit to the county clerk of each county a certified list
stating what officers, other than county and precinct officers,
are to be nominated or elected at the election.
