§ 1-21-909 — Failure of witness to attend
If any person subpoenaed as a witness fails to attend, he is
guilty of contempt and shall be fined all the costs for his
apprehension unless he shows reasonable cause for his failure to
attend, in which case the party requiring the appearance shall
pay the costs.
