Text
If a jury is demanded by either party, the proceedings shall be
the same as in other cases until the empaneling thereof. If the
jury finds the complaint true they shall render a general
verdict against the defendant, and if untrue, a general verdict
in favor of the defendant. If true in part, the verdict shall
set forth the facts they find true.
