§ 1-21-512 — Time for which stay granted
(a)Stay of execution shall be granted as follows:
(i)For thirty (30) days on any judgment not
exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00), excluding costs;
(ii)For four (4) months on any judgment over fifty
dollars ($50.00) and not exceeding one hundred dollars
($100.00), excluding costs;
(iii)For six (6) months on any judgment in excess of
one hundred dollars ($100.00), excluding costs.
