§ 1-21-508 — Execution against joint debtors
An execution on a judgment against joint debtors, one (1) or
more of whom was not served with summons, shall contain a
direction to collect the judgment from the joint property of all
the defendants, or the separate property of the debtors served
with summons, specified by name.
