Text
When any judgment is obtained against any surety the original
judgment remains valid for the use of the surety, who thereafter
may obtain execution on the judgment against the goods and
chattels of the defendant. The surety is entitled to a
transcript of the judgment for his own use, which has the same
force and effect as transcripts in other cases.
