Text
Execution for the enforcement of a judgment except during the
time it may be stayed, may be issued by the judge who renders
the judgment, or by his successor in office, on the application
of the party entitled thereto, any time within five (5) years of
entry of the judgment, or the date of the last execution issued
thereon.
