Text
(a)The department shall:
(i)Coordinate a protective services program
consistent with this act, with the goal of ensuring that every
vulnerable adult in need of protective services will have access
to protective services;
(ii)Adopt rules, regulations and standards for
services provided by the department necessary to effect the
provisions and purposes of this act;
(iii)Develop and maintain statistical data which set
forth referrals by type of incidence and disposition pursuant to
this act but which do not contain personally identifiable
information;
(iv)Provide appropriate training to all
investigative agency personnel;
(v)Assign designated workers for adult protective
services within the department to carry out the activities of
this chapter;
