§ 33-20-202 — License; required
Wyoming·Title 33 Professions and Occupations·Ch. 20 MERCHANTS: ITINERANT, TEMPORARY OR TRANSIENT·Art. 2 TEMPORARY OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS
Hereafter it shall be unlawful for any temporary or transient
merchant to engage in, do or transact any business as such
within this state without first having obtained a license as
hereinafter provided.
