(a)A transportation network company shall disclose in
writing to a driver before the driver is allowed to accept a
request for a prearranged ride on the transportation network
company's digital network:
(i)Any insurance or bond coverage, including the
types of coverage and the limits for each coverage, the
transportation network company provides to the driver when the
driver uses a transportation network company vehicle to provide
services in connection with the transportation network company's
digital network;
(ii)That the driver's own automobile insurance
policy might not provide any coverage while the driver is
available to receive a request for a prearranged ride or is
engaged in a prearranged ride; and
(iii)That if the vehicle to be used to provide a
prearranged ride has a lien ag
