Text
(a)As used in this act:
(i)"Assessed value" means the total assessed value
of the member school district or community college district;
(ii)"Board of trustees" means the board of trustees
of any school district within the state or the community college
district board of any community college within the state;
(iii)"Post secondary education" means education
programs offered by any accredited Wyoming college, the
University of Wyoming or any accredited college or university
outside of Wyoming if services are unavailable in Wyoming;
(iv)"This act" means W.S. 21-20-101 through 21-20-
112.
