Text
With the prior approval of the commissioner, a Wyoming state
bank may establish, maintain and operate one (1) or more
branches in a state other than Wyoming. Not later than the date
on which the required application for the establishment of a
branch is filed with the responsible federal bank supervisory
agency, the applicant Wyoming state bank shall file an
application on a form prescribed by the commissioner and pay the
fee established pursuant to W.S. 13-2-702(b). The applicant
shall also comply with the applicable provisions of W.S.
13-4-101 through 13-4-114.
