Text
Five (5) or more adult persons may organize a corporation for
the purpose of carrying on general banking business in a place
in this state designated in the articles of incorporation
subject to the conditions prescribed by law. The incorporators
shall subscribe and verify triplicate originals of the articles
of incorporation and transmit them to the state banking
commissioner.
