§ 13-2-708 — Antitrust laws
Wyoming·Title 13 Banks, Banking and Finance·Ch. 2 ORGANIZATION OF BANKS·Art. 7 STATEWIDE BRANCH BANKING
If, but for this act, any action by any one (1) or more banks
would be in violation of the laws of this state or of the United
States, commonly referred to as the antitrust laws, then this
act shall be construed so as to permit or require only actions
that shall not be in violation of the laws.
