Text
Nothing in this act shall be construed as permitting a bank to
establish a branch in any state other than Wyoming. Except as
provided in W.S. 13-2-702(m) and 13-2-901 through 13-2-904, a
bank not authorized or organized to do business under the laws
of this state, or a bank organized under the laws of a country
other than the United States, shall not establish or operate a
branch in the state of Wyoming.
