No branch shall be closed unless the parent bank certifies to the commissioner that all persons with an account at that branch have been notified of the date of closure not less than sixty
(60)days before the date of closure and that a notice
indicating the branch will be closed will be published in a
newspaper of general circulation in the county in which the
branch is located at least weekly for three (3) consecutive
weeks prior to the calendar week in which the date of closure
will occur.
