§ 13-2-306 — Stock register; inspection
Wyoming·Title 13 Banks, Banking and Finance·Ch. 2 ORGANIZATION OF BANKS·Art. 3 CAPITAL REQUIREMENTS,
A bank shall keep a record of shareholders that is open for
inspection during business hours to officers, directors and
shareholders of the bank. As used in this section, "record of
shareholders" means as defined in W.S. 17-16-140(a)(xlix).
