Text
On or before January 10 of each calendar year the state banking
commissioner and each member of the board shall submit to the
governor a list of all assets and liabilities of any nature that
he has in any financial institution in the state of Wyoming or
elsewhere. The list shall be certified under oath and a copy
shall be furnished to the chairman of the board.
