Text
The community college district board of any community college in
this state may provide an educational program in the field of
nursing. The educational program shall be of the duration and
intensity as may be deemed appropriate by the community college
district board and the Wyoming state board of nursing and shall
lead to an associate degree in nursing and prepare each student
for licensure as provided by law. Approval of the Wyoming state
board of nursing is required prior to the establishment of the
nursing education.
