§ 21-17-444 — Refunding and refunding bonds; general provisions as to bonds applicable

Except as provided in W.S. 21-17-437 through 21-17-443, the
relevant provisions elsewhere in this act appertaining generally
to the issuance of bonds to defray the cost of any project shall
be equally applicable in the authorization and issuance of
refunding bonds, including their terms and security, the
covenants and other provisions of the resolution authorizing the
issuance of the bonds, or other instrument or proceedings
appertaining thereto, and other aspects of the bonds.
