§ 21-17-113 — Agreements with universities, colleges, associations, agencies and corporations; applicability
(a)In addition to other powers granted to the trustees of
the University of Wyoming, the trustees may enter into
agreements with other institutions, universities, colleges,
community colleges, boards of trustees of school districts,
agencies, associations or corporations, within or without the
state, providing for the offering of courses or programs of
instruction, in whole or in part, at, or in cooperation with,
such other institutions or agencies, or for the delivery of
instruction, performance of services, or provision of materials
or facilities. Such agreements may provide for the granting of
University of Wyoming credit or degrees for collegiate work
completed pursuant to such agreements.
