§ 21-17-414 — Resolution authorizing issuance of securities

Wyoming·Title 21 Education·Ch. 17 UNIVERSITY OF WYOMING·Art. 4 CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

The resolution authorizing the issuance of any securities under
this act shall describe the purpose or purposes for which they
are issued at least in general terms and may describe any
purpose in detail.
