§ 21-17-406 — Payment not secured by pledge of university property
The payment of securities shall not be secured by an
encumbrance, mortgage, or other pledge of property of the board
except for pledged revenues. No property of the board except
pledged revenues is liable to be forfeited or taken in payment
of securities.
