Text
Revenue within the agricultural college account provided by W.S.
9-4-310(c)(i) is appropriated and may be used by the board of
trustees of the University of Wyoming for any purpose connected
with the supporting and maintenance of the agricultural college
at the University of Wyoming not inconsistent or in conflict
with any act of congress. The money shall be paid by the state
treasurer to the treasurer of the board of trustees of the state
university upon the warrant of the state auditor upon request of
the board of trustees.
