(a)As used in this section:
(i)"Capital construction project" means as defined
by W.S. 9-2-3001(b)(ii);
(ii)"Major maintenance" means as defined by W.S. 9-
2-3001(b)(ix);
(iii)"Property" means as defined by W.S. 9-2-
3001(b)(x);
(iv)"Routine maintenance" means as defined by W.S.
9-2-3001(b)(xii).
(b)As part of its administrative functions, the board of
trustees shall identify University of Wyoming property needs and
develop a prioritized list of capital construction projects. The
prioritized capital construction projects shall be reported by
the board to the state construction department not later than
June 1 of each year. Following review, analysis and study, the
state construction department shall forward the prioritized list
of university capital construction projects to the state
