Text
(a)The secretary of the board of trustees of the
University of Wyoming, before entering upon the duties of the
office, shall take the oath of office provided for elective
officers under the constitution of this state.
(b)The secretary of the board of trustees of the
University of Wyoming may administer oaths and affirmations to
any person or persons in connection with the business of the
university.
