§ 1-17-413 — Appointment of sheriff or another as receiver
Wyoming·Title 01 Civil Procedure·Ch. 17 ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENTS·Art. 4 PROCEEDINGS IN AID OF EXECUTION
If the sheriff is appointed receiver, he and his sureties are
liable on his official bond as receiver. If another person is
appointed, he shall take an oath and bond as in other cases.
