Text
(a)When the bond is entered after execution is issued,
the clerk shall immediately notify the sheriff and he shall
forthwith return the execution, noting his actions thereon.
(b)All property levied on before the stay of execution
and all written undertakings for the delivery of personal
property to the sheriff shall be relinquished by the officer
upon bond for the stay of execution being entered.
