§ 1-17-412 — Appointment of receiver; control of property
Wyoming·Title 01 Civil Procedure·Ch. 17 ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENTS·Art. 4 PROCEEDINGS IN AID OF EXECUTION
The court may appoint the sheriff of the proper county or other
suitable person as receiver of the property of the judgment
debtor, and may forbid a transfer or other disposition of or
interference with the property of the judgment debtor, not
exempt by law.
