§ 1-17-326 — Where realty sold; certain purchases void
Wyoming·Title 01 Civil Procedure·Ch. 17 ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENTS·Art. 3 LIEN OF JUDGMENT AND ENFORCEMENT BY EXECUTION
All sales of lands or tenements under execution or order of sale
shall be held at the courthouse in the county in which the lands
and tenements are situated, unless otherwise ordered by the
court. Purchases of real or personal property by the officer
making sale or by an appraiser of the property are void.
