§ 1-17-325 — Printer's fees for notice
Wyoming·Title 01 Civil Procedure·Ch. 17 ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENTS·Art. 3 LIEN OF JUDGMENT AND ENFORCEMENT BY EXECUTION
The officer who makes a levy or holds an order of sale may
demand of the plaintiff the fees of the printer for publishing
the notice and the officer is not required to make publication
until the fees are paid.
