§ 1-17-319 — Disposition of nonrealty proceeds
Wyoming·Title 01 Civil Procedure·Ch. 17 ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENTS·Art. 3 LIEN OF JUDGMENT AND ENFORCEMENT BY EXECUTION
If the sheriff collects any part of a judgment by virtue of an
execution without the sale of real estate, he shall pay the same
to the judgment creditor or his attorney. If the execution is
fully satisfied, he shall return it within three (3) days after
he has collected the money.
