Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 22-16-108 (2026).
Text
Immediately upon completion of the county canvass, the county
clerk shall notify the secretary of state of the election
results. A copy of the county abstract, after being certified
by the county canvassing boards, shall immediately be delivered
by the county clerk to the secretary of state. The secretary of
state shall provide procedures for such transmittal and
notification through rule and regulation.
