§ 17-16-1802 — Application for certificate of domestication; articles of domestication
Wyoming·Title 17 Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 16 WYOMING BUSINESS CORPORATION ACT·Art. 18 DOMESTICATION AND CONTINUANCE OF FOREIGN
(a)A foreign corporation, in order to procure a
certificate of domestication shall file articles of
domestication with the secretary of state, which articles shall
include and set forth:
(i)A certified copy of its original articles of
incorporation and all amendments thereto or its equivalent basic
corporate charter or other authorization, and a certificate of
good standing not more than thirty (30) days old;
(ii)The name of the corporation and the jurisdiction
under the laws of which it is incorporated;
(iii)The date of incorporation and the period of
duration of the corporation;
(iv)The address of the principal office of the
corporation and the jurisdiction under the laws of which it is
incorporated;
(v)The address of the proposed registered office of
the corporation in this state,
