§ 17-16-1002 — Amendment before issuance of shares
Wyoming·Title 17 Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 16 WYOMING BUSINESS CORPORATION ACT·Art. 10 AMENDMENT OF ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION AND BYLAWS
If a corporation has not yet issued shares, its board of
directors, or its incorporators if it has no board of directors,
may adopt one (1) or more amendments to the corporation's
articles of incorporation.
