§ 17-16-1702 — Applications to qualified foreign corporations
Wyoming·Title 17 Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 16 WYOMING BUSINESS CORPORATION ACT·Art. 17 TRANSITION PROVISIONS
A foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this
state on the effective date of this act is subject to this act
but is not required to obtain a new certificate of authority to
transact business under this act.
