Text
Any person who willfully and knowingly violates any provision or
condition of this act or any condition upon which he is granted
a license shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than ten
thousand dollars ($10,000.00) or imprisoned in the penitentiary
not more than one (1) year or both. Each day that a violation
shall continue following demand from the department to cease and
desist shall constitute a separate offense.
