Wyoming Statutes
§ 15-10-111 — Financing; federal assistance
Any municipality or county may borrow money or accept financial
assistance from the federal government for any project or
related activities. A municipality or county may include in any
contract for financial assistance with the federal government
any provisions which the federal government requires as
conditions to its financial aid consistent with the purposes of
this chapter.
