Text
(a)Any powers capable of exercise by a municipality or
county under this chapter may be exercised jointly with any
other municipality or county or combinations thereof.
(b)The area of operation of any municipality, county or
housing authority or any combination of these bodies operating
jointly may be increased to include additional contiguous areas
upon the request or consent, by resolution, of the governing
body of the municipality or county within which the additional
area lies.
